This exclusive Toronto International Film Festival Private Screening Event Offer (the “Event or Offer”) is only available to select Scotiabank cardholders who are the primary cardholder and who have received a communication directly from Scotiabank about this Event (“Eligible Clients”), subject to the conditions below.
Scotiabank may change eligibility requirements without prior notice.
This Offer for acceptance is good until August 28, 2026 (the “Offer Period”) for Eligible Clients and their guest and is limited to the first 50 Eligible Clients who enroll to accept the Offer. Only the primary cardmember is eligible to accept the Offer.
Limit of one (1) Offer per Eligible Client.
The Offer is non-transferable and may be changed, withdrawn, suspended or extended at any time with or without prior notice or revoked by Scotiabank even after enrollment.
The Bank of Nova Scotia (“Scotiabank”) and its affiliates are not responsible for any services, products or features and benefits that are offered by, or made available, through third parties relating to this Offer or other offers made available or associated with this Offer. Scotiabank is not responsible for any articles left in the building. Personal belongings and equipment of registered Eligible Clients and their guests must be removed from the function rooms at the completion of the event. Scotiabank does not assume responsibility for loss or damages to such items.
Scotiabank is also not responsible for any and all losses, damages, claims, expenses and liabilities of any kind, including costs of defense thereof, caused by or arising from the sale or service of alcoholic beverages associated with the Event.
This Offer is for the personal use of the Eligible Client and their guest and is non-transferable. Seating requests and special dietary restrictions and allergies will be considered upon request but cannot always be accommodated. If an enrolled Eligible Client is unable to attend the Event, if possible, Eligible Client agrees to provide notice of cancellation at least five (5) days prior to the date of the Event. Event may be modified or cancelled, by Visa or TIFF, in whole or in part at any time, for any reason. In such a case, Visa will endeavour to provide enrolled Eligible Clients with as much advance notice as possible.
By enrolling for the Offer and attending the Event, I agree I am responsible for complying with all applicable laws, regulations and codes, including the Event’s venue rules, and shall ensure the same from my guest.
